Es una máquina de combinación – prensa de vacío con membrana y horno de convección industrial en un único chasis – que aumenta enormemente el rendimiento y la eficiencia en cada ciclo de trabajo. Está indicada para la creación de piezas individuales con bajo coste de producción, y para la producción en serie. Calentamiento y moldeado por vacío del material pueden ser ahora realizados en un espacio mínimo.

The Global Duo Standard is an innovative “One-Machine” solution for pre-heating and thermoforming Solid Surface materials (Avonite®, Corian®, Hanex®, Hi-Macs®, Krion®, etc.), thermoplastics (ABS, PMMA, PET, Kydex, etc.) and similar composite materials, as well as for woodwork applications like veneering, laminating and bending different kinds of wood.
The thermoforming station Global Duo Standard is a combined machine of vacuum membrane press and industrial heating oven that greatly increases the performance and efficiency of your workflow.
The heating technology consists of two special designed convection heating elements with integrated cross-flow fan technology that guarantees a tension free and reliable heating procedure. The vacuum membrane press is mounted on top of the heating oven in a space-saving design.
Global Duo Standard is perfectly suited for individual up to large production, and does so with only little investment. Accurate preheating and vacuum forming can now be carried out within minimal floor space.
