The presentation of this pioneering project in the Spanish industry will take place during the cycle of conferences organized by Maderalia Forum at Feria Valencia

Sugimat will attend at FIMMA-Maderalia 2018, the biennial fair of machinery and materials for the furniture, carpentry and decoration sector. In this event, which will take place from 6th to 9th February at Feria Valencia, Sugimat will welcome all visitors in their modern Stand in hall N2-P7 / D26. Taking advantage of the presence at the fair, Sugimat will show its latest pioneering project based on Artificial Vision during the cycle of conferences held by Maderalia Forum and where outstanding people are invited to present the latest developments in the sector.

The conference will focus on the application of «Artificial Vision in self-managed thermal plants» and will take place on Wednesday, 7th February at 10:30 am in level 3, Pavilion 7 at Feria Valencia. The presentation will focus on the demands of the industry burning biomass and on Sugimat’s response to those demands, mainly with Artificial Vision adapted to combustion and processing real-world images. In addition, a case study will also be presented with a leaning pusher grate. «We are very pleased to delve into a pioneering project in the industry in Spain, such as Artificial Vision by a Valencian company and at our fair,» Francisco Ripoll, Export Manager at Sugimat and Speaker, has said. His more than six years at the head of the Export Department endorse his deep knowledge in this sector. Ripoll holds a Degree in Industrial Organization, Quality and Logistics at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) and an Executive MBA at Cardenal Herrera Ceu University.

Artificial Vision is the next stride of the human eye. A method that allows you to anticipate and localize possible fault areas.

Sugimat bets on innovation

Sugimat bets strongly on innovation. An example of this is «the project carried out by our R&D Department, where three engineers and two technicians have worked together  in two different areas: combustion and process automation», Ripoll has explained. The coordination of these areas is the key to successful projects such as Artificial Vision.

Sugimat is the Valencian company leader in the generation of energy in Spain. Precisely this year it turns 40 with more than 3,000 references sold in five continents. Located in Valencia, it has up to seven offices in Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Portugal, Italy, Poland and the USA.
