ULTI-MATE, “el tornillo que no baila”, estará en la Feria de Proveedores de las Industrias de la Madera y el Mueble, que se celebrará en Valencia de 11 a 14 de Febrero de 2014. Es un producto único. El más diferenciador de AGHASA TURIS en la actualidad.
ULTI-MATE es “el tornillo que no baila”. Entre otras prestaciones, este tornillo de alto rendimiento para madera, posee las siguientes:

PSD es la novedad que hace que ULTI-MATE no baile. La combinación entre el sistema auto-centrante PoziSquare® y la punta PSD proporcionan un atornillado con una óptima ALINEACIÓN y máxima ESTABILIDAD, es decir no baila, ya que hace que el tornillo sea una prolongación de la propia punta. “El tornillo no baila” –afirma rotundo Darío Alonso, gerente de AGHASA TURIS-. “Además, tiene otras ventajas. Por ejemplo, el sistema PSD da más estabilidad que el TORX y solo se precisa una punta para una amplia gama de medidas, mientras que el sistema Torx precisa una punta para cada cabeza”.
ULTI-MATE, además, es el tornillo con el par de rotura más alto. Su cabeza de doble ángulo reduce la rotura por tensión.
Su cabeza incorpora nervios de auto avellanado (excepto en las medidas pequeñas, para mejor acomodo en herrajes), su cuerpo va tratado con lubricantes de cera y tiene una ranura lateral que ayuda a desalojar la madera del espacio que el tornillo va haciendo dentro de la madera.
La punta del tornillo de arranque rápido en forma de sacacorchos hace que en cuanto el tornillo contacta con la madera, esta “atrae” el tornillo hacia sí y esto permite que nuestro esfuerzo sea menor.
“Es un tornillo de unas características únicas” –asegura Darío Alonso-. El último desarrollo que ha habido en el mundo del atornillado, para alcanzar una extraordinaria fijación y una gran estabilidad. O lo que es lo mismo… El tornillo no baila. Incluso en posiciones extremas, inclinado o invertido, el operario no precisa usar la segunda mano para atornillar, y puede dedicarla a otra función”.

Its head incorporates ribs (except in small steps, in order to better accommodate it in hardware), the body is treated with a wax lubricant and has a lateral groove which helps to evacuate the timber from the space when the screw is in the timber.
The kick start corkscrew screw tip makes the screw contact the wood, this «attracts» the screw towards it and this allows our effort to be less.
